Why Engagement?

Why is employee engagement so important?

We stay on top of employee engagement research on a regular basis and have significant data and experience to back up our heavy focus on creating an engaged work environment.  Here's just a brief listing of reasons.

We’ve reviewed research findings from the Gallup Organization, Mercer, SHRM, Towers Watson and other large consulting and research companies. We’ve combined this with our knowledge, experience, and research on successful companies. The evidence is clear that highly engaged employees produce more, create more, withstand temptations to leave, are safer, take less sick leave, and are more customer focused. Highly engaged companies have significantly higher profit margins and are more innovative. That’s why engagement is so important.  Improving employee engagement is not just a human resources function, it's a smart way to do business.
