We don’t have a professional trainer on staff, but like the topics of your training kits. How can we use them without having someone experienced in training?
Our training kits are filled with information, discussion questions, and group activities that help teach a topic. There are several ways you can use these materials even without an experienced trainer on staff. Here's an idea:
Break out only the information you want from the training materials. Choose some discussion questions and examples, and add in one of the activities you think would work well with your team. Then plan a staff meeting. Better yet, plan a couple of staff meetings on the topic. View these meetings as an opportunity to brainstorm and share ideas and solutions with your entire team. These meetings will be more productive and lively than typical staff meetings scheduled simply to deliver information.

"Jennifer Good provided me with research and consultation services on current and historical practices in Executive Compensation as I prepared to testify before the Public Utility Commission for the State of Nevada in a General Rate Case. Her work was thorough, timely and relevant in a venue where accurate data was critical."
