Jennifer Good

Executive Vice President, RELM 2.

Jennifer began her career as a Presidential Management Intern for the U.S. Department of Justice. She went on to work for the University of Maryland and was responsible for recruitment, staff training, and employee relations. She served on the strategic planning committee during the reorganization of the University of Maryland system. Jennifer then began to consult and train with numerous clients through the Institute for Governmental Services and eventually opened her own consulting business. She has worked over the past 15 years as a consultant for small businesses, large corporations, and K-12 schools.  Her consulting business, Workforce Echoes, merged with RELM 2 in October of 2011.  Her experience and insight have helped to improve workplace relationships, improve engagement and productivity, increase motivation, and move schools and businesses towards strategic objectives.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from Texas A&M University. She has taken additional graduate level courses in education administration from the University of Maryland. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Managers, American Society for Training and Development, and the International Society for Performance Improvement. She loves to read and is always looking for the latest and greatest books on management and education related topics. Her list of training conferences and programs attended is extensive and over the past two years alone has included the International Society for Performance Improvement annual conference, ASTD’s International Conference and Expo, Bob Pike’s Training and Performance Improvement Conference, two PowerPoint Live conferences, Training Magazine’s Annual Conference and Expo, ASTD’s Telling Ain’t Training conference, Simmon’s School of Management Women’s Leadership Conference, Franklin Covey’s time management seminar, and Adobe Captivate training.

Jennifer enjoys travel, music, warm weather, and any excuse to be on, in, or beside the water. She is actively involved in education on a volunteer basis as well as in business. Jennifer lives in Anne Arundel County Maryland with her husband and four children.
