Every school has a set of values. Do your faculty and staff know what those values are? Do their behaviors and decisions clearly reflect your school values to colleagues, parents and students? Your answer should be “yes.” Whether you have identified them or not, there are values guiding the behaviors of your entire team. Does your team operate from the same set of values?
