As part of our ongoing research into best practices and innovative methods to improve engagement, productivity, and customer service, we conduct our own targeted research projects and offer results to our clients.

We also ffer a variety of employee surveys to help you gather information from your team.

• We offer our comprehensive Organizational Culture Assessment through our Echo Check consulting service or as a standalone survey. 
• We also offer our Employee Engagement Survey, providing you with an engagement score and highlighting your company’s strengths and weaknesses in relation to engagement. 
• Lastly we can design an employee survey to gather just the information you need.

All surveys are conducted online and responses are anonymous. Having an outside company conduct your surveys, and assuring anonymity, produces highly valid results.  The information we gather is a critical first step to planning any improvement project.  

Survey findings are provided to you in a final report.
